We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to join our global Marketing Automation Competence Hub (C-HUB), focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing technology solutions within banking industry. You will be part of a passionate team defining the architecture of a global, reusable solution that drives synergies and maximizes business value across the entire Erste Group. You will collaborate with various global teams, employing modern technologies to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You can have a possibility to work remotely anywhere in Czech Republic with occasional in-person meetings to foster collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design and implementation of Salesforce MCE solutions aligned with business requirements and global strategy.Translate complex business needs into future-proof scalable technical solutions.Define and establish best practices for SFMCE development, integration, data management, and security compliance.Oversee end-to-end implementation processes, including solution design, data modeling, system configuration.Ensure scalability, flexibility, and maintainability of the Martech stack, considering future growth and evolving business needs.Provide technical leadership and ongoing mentorship to development teams and developers.Stay updated on latest development within Salesforce Martech ekosystem and industry trends to ensure optimal solution utilization.Document architecture designs, system configurations, and operational procedures clearly and effectively. Qualifications: Any number of years of experience. Because for us it's not about numbers, it's about your maturity as an architect.Evidence of your strong passion in ongoing learning (yes, we do expect some certifications but real experience and knowledge is more important for us)Proven expertise in AMPscript, SQL, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and REST/SOAP APIs integrationsStrong understanding of data architecture, data management, segmentation, and best practicies for customer journeys development.Experience in architecting SFMCE solutions working together with Salesforce CRM (in our case it's Salesforce Financial Services Cloud). Deep understanding of MC Connect capabilities.Strong understanding of other relevant emerging Salesforce tools and technologies like MCP, Data Cloud, Agentforce etc.Solid understanding of compliance, privacy, and data security standards.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in global teams and multi-cultural environments is highly advantageous.English language proficiency, Czech or German language is an advantage.
