We are expanding our team in the Czech Republic and looking for a Field Service Technician – based in Benešov and the surrounding region

This is not just another technical role. As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of Kardex at customer sites – installing, configuring, calibrating, and maintaining our cutting-edge systems. You will ensure smooth operation, resolve issues, and support major projects such as system upgrades and modernizations.

Your tasks

What will you do in this role?

  • Carry out service interventions and troubleshoot installed equipment

  • Perform regular preventive maintenance of systems

  • Keep technical records and maintenance documentation

  • Collaborate with colleagues on larger projects and installations such as machine revitalizations and modernizations

What do we expect from you?

  • Secondary education, preferably in electrical engineering

  • Valid certification in accordance with Decree 194/2022 Coll. (formerly §6 Decree 50/1978)

  • Ability to work at heights

  • English skills sufficient to understand technical documentation

  • Category B driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region

  • Independence, manual skills, and reliability

  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
