Jsme Direct Fondee, digitální investiční platforma, která chce zpřístupnit investování běžným lidem.

Aktuálně hledáme člověka, který si vezme na starost růst – akvizici nových investorů napříč trhy a kanály.

Ve fázi škálování hledáme strategického a analyticky silného growth lídra, který postaví a rozběhne akviziční engine — od dat přes experimenty až po partnerství.

Co Tě u nás čeká?

  • Nastavení a správu akviziční strategie a zodpovědnost za akvizici napříč kanály (paid, organic, SEA, referral, partnerships, affiliate).
  • Rozpočet a forecast akvizičních aktivit, vyhodnocování ROI. Měření a optimalizaci akvizice nových uživatelů, CAC, konverze.
  • Chápat data, se kterými pracujeme, a stavět přehledný reporting (např. v Lookeru).
  • Hledat synergie s Direct Group (křížové kampaně, retargeting v ekosystému).
  • Prioritizaci a řízení akvizičních aktivit end-to-end.
  • Zvýšení rychlosti a efektivity akvizice.
  • Nastavení experimentálního frameworku (A/B testování, optimalizace marketingového funnelu, automatizace,...).
  • Znalost práce s CDP výhodou.

Jak si Tě představujeme?

  • 5–8 let zkušeností z performance/growth marketingu, ideálně ve fintechu nebo e-commerce.
  • Growth-mindset, analytický typ, schopnost propojovat marketing × data × produkt.
  • Proaktivní, hledá cesty, jak zlepšovat výkon a sám/sama navrhuje a realizuje řešení - nejen řídí, ale i exekuuje ve spolupráci s externí výkonnostní agenturou.
  • Vyzná se v Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, GA4
