SAP's Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is building secure cloud applications—and this role puts you in charge of quality. As a Quality Specialist in Brno, you'll ensure SAP's microservice-based IAM solutions meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and compliance.

Bring it

You're a detail-oriented QA engineer with a cloud-first mindset and a passion for automation. You bring:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Strong understanding of test concepts, principles, and automation frameworks
• Experience with tools like QMate, WebDriverIO, and CI/CD pipelines
• Skills in manual exploratory testing and functional requirement analysis
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to share knowledge

Build it

You'll design and implement a full test pyramid for IAM cloud applications. Your work will:

• Develop automated test coverage for Identity and Access Governance products
• Perform exploratory manual testing and validate functional requirements
• Collaborate across teams to align on quality standards and integration
• Support compliance and ensure development meets SAP's quality benchmarks
• Identify learning opportunities and mentor peers
