Co budete dělat?

  • Revize obchodních procesů a hledání možností, jak je zefektivnit
  • Tvorba a aktualizace implementačních plánů, koordinace zdrojů a řízení rizik
  • Reporting o průběhu implementace a komunikace napříč odděleními
  • Post-implementační revize a zajištění nápravných opatření
  • Spolupráce na komunikačních a školících plánech pro zaměstnance
  • Aktivní podpora firemní kultury neustálého zlepšování
