The role:- Support full People Cycle process (evaluation cycle) for Talent Management processes (i.e. feedback, performance review, succession planning etc.)
- Track and monitor results on a monthly basis, explain drivers behind and plan improvement actions
- Ensuring data quality, leading root cause analysis and problem solving, identifying sustainable solutions to improve our processes and systems
- Prepare reporting and analytics in order to create insights for Talent Management decisions, based on accurate and up-to-date data
- Prepare Talent Management platforms and reporting tools for Talent Management processes from technical perspective
- Support employees in Talent Management process and platform related questions and queries
- Ensure databases, templates and reporting are up-to-date according to internal policies and procedures that are variable over time
- Initiate, drive and participate in Talent Management related projects
- Tracking of Talents Nominations, movements, speed, turnover risk
Who we're looking for:
- Having a passion for People and Learning & Development as a function
- Sense of customer-oriented approach
- Excel (Intermediate level) - Ability to analyze complex sets of data and optimize processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Capable of being entrusted with highly confidential information
- Required languages: English (fluent)
