WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced Group HR Business Partner to join our team in Prague.
SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU
Purpose of the role:
- To partner with key business personnel in all people related areas
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Business Partner to key stakeholders - Country Managing Directors, Group Functional Heads and key talents
- Actively build talent pipeline (end-to-end) - proactive people planning, creative and effective sourcing of talents with potential, partner with and manage external agencies, candidate interviews and selections, utilise psychometric and other selection instruments, develop selection competencies, facilitate selection decisions
- Drive and improve talent management processes
- Build desired company culture and values
- Manage entire employee life cycle processes and employee experience: on-boarding, performance, development, reward as well as exit
- Develop key competencies – identify key needs, select and drive effective learning interventions, accelerate talent growth, build learning environment and culture.
- Constantly improve and implement necessary HR processes and systems
WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE
- Full HR (BP/Mgr) experience in dynamic, performance-oriented environment preferably on Group level
- Talent Acquisition expertise, preferably in a complex multi-country fast growth environment, expertise in other HR areas as a strong advantage
- Strategic business acumen, ability to translate business needs into HR interventions
- Influencing and relationship building skills, driving change
- International experience in performance management (managing over/under-performance, exposure to multi-country labour law/ different culture context)
- Excellent organization skills: ability to manage diverse/ad-hoc requests in limited time, proactive approach and "can-do" attitude
- Fluent Czech/Slovak as well as fluent English (both verbal and written), German language advantage
- Willingness to travel (approx. 1week/quarter)
