Hledáme Traineeho/ku na pozici Prompt Engineer do týmu Personalizace – místa, kde se AI stává realitou. Budeš pracovat po boku expertů, ladit prompty, experimentovat s daty a vytvářet nástroje, které mají reálný dopad. Rok u nás ti dá náskok, který tě vystřelí do světa AI.

Co bude náplní tvé práce:
  • Onboarding do AI: Skočíš do AI rovnýma nohama, každý budeš pracovat s jazykovými modely po boku špiček na trhu. Za rok s námi z tebe bude profesionál. 
  • Prompt Engineering: Budeš navrhovat a ladit prompty pro velké jazykové modely a skutečně velká řešení, která chystáme. Tohle tě musí bavit, musíš mít chuť se neustále zlepšovat a posouvat naše prompty na state-of-art úroveň 
  • Data Science Support: Pustíš se i do dat, budeš se učit od seniornějších kolegů, jak na data a jak v nich hledat insighty 
  • Experimentování s AI: Testovat různé modely (např. OpenAI, Llama) a hrát si s nejnovějšími technologiemi 
  • Vývoj interních nástrojů: Pomáhat s implementací AI do našich platforem pro vyšší efektivitu banky 
  • Spolupráce napříč týmy: Úzce spolupracovat s produktovými manažery, vývojáři a UX designéry a prakticky celou bankou, protože máme přesah od financí až po risk 
Budeme si rozumět, pokud:
  • Studuješ poslední ročník technicky zaměřené vysoké školy, nebo jsi čerstvý/á absolvent/ka (max. rok od ukončení). 
  • Máš základní až středně pokročilou znalost jazykových modelů a tušíš, co je RAG, CAG apod. 
  • Už sis vyzkoušel/a promptování a ideálně i tvorbu vlastních agentů. 
  • Dokážeš se vžít do role klienta a přemýšlet tak nad řešením. 
  • Máš skutečné nadšení pro AI a energii učit se dál. 
  • Ideálně umíš programovat (třeba z brigády nebo vlastního projektu).
