A právě teď hledáme Influencer Marketing Managera, který má praktickou zkušenost s kompletním procesem influencer marketingu – od vyhledání a výběru vhodných tvůrců, přes domluvu spolupráce a tvorbu kampaní, až po jejich vyhodnocení a reportování výsledků.
Hledáme člověka, který už měl na starosti větší portfolio influencerů (20+ najednou) a ví, jak efektivně řídit více kampaní paralelně.

Influencer marketing je u nás o vztazích, výkonu a každodenní exekutivě.
Nebudeš jen "vymýšlet strategie", ale i řídit jejich realizaci od A do Z – komunikovat s influencery, nastavovat voucher kódy, hlídat obsah, vyhodnocovat výsledky a pracovat s budgetem.

Každý den budeš řešit maily, zprávy, schůzky, content, faktury i objednávky. A mezitím se rozhodovat, co má smysl a co ne.
Je to rychlé, živé a někdy i punk. Ale když to sedne, vznikají spolupráce, které mají reálný dopad na značku i komunitu.

Co budeš mít na starost?

  • každodenní komunikaci s influencery (CZ/SK, případně zahraničí)

  • správu a rozvoj portfolia influencerů (30+ současně)

  • kompletní proces kampaní – od vyhledání a oslovení influencera, přes domluvu a exekuci, až po vyhodnocení

  • spolupráci na eventech, podcastech, B2B/affiliate partnerech i externích projektech

  • plánování, nastavování a vyhodnocování voucher kódů

  • monitoring obsahu, zpětnou vazbu a práci s výstupy

  • reporting, budget a forecasty

  • máš prokazatelnou zkušenost se správou více než 20 influencerů současně a zvládáš celý proces od A do Z

  • umíš si efektivně zorganizovat den i agendu a pracovat paralelně na více kampaních

  • máš kontakty v oboru a víš, jak budovat dlouhodobé spolupráce

  • rozumíš číslům a chápeš, jak ovlivnit výsledek

  • máš vztah k našim produktům a hodnotě značky

  • jsi samostatný člověk, který nechce práci "jen zadávat", ale dotahovat věci do konce
