Co bude vaším úkolem?

  • Analyzovat výkonnost marketingových kampaní a věrnostního programu
  • Připravovat přehledy, které pomáhají při rozhodování i plánování dalších aktivit
  • Pracovat s různými datovými zdroji – od zákaznických dat až po výsledky výzkumů a tržní trendy
  • Přinášet konkrétní doporučení pro zlepšení marketingových aktivit
  • Spolupracovat s týmy napříč firmou
  • Pravidelně sledovat konkurenci a tržní vývoj
  • Podílet se na plánování rozpočtu a sledování jeho čerpání

Jaké znalosti a dovednosti byste měl/a mít?

  • Zkušenost alespoň 2 roky v oblasti datové analýzy nebo výzkumu, ideálně v retailu
  • Schopnost číst mezi řádky dat – hledáte souvislosti, ne jen čísla
  • Pokročilá znalost Excelu, Power BI a zkušenost s prezentačními nástroji (PowerPoint)
  • Orientace v nástrojích pro statistickou analýzu, SQL je výhodou
  • Schopnost pracovat samostatně, ale i jako součást týmu
  • Angličtina na úrovni B2 – budete komunikovat s naší centrálou v Maďarsku
  • Chuť zlepšovat věci a přicházet s nápady
