At Kantar's Global Research Centre (GRC) in Prague, we're expanding our team of Research Executives, and we're looking for curious minds who want to grow into experts in market research and advertising insights.

What you'll be doing:

You'll start with a full training program that gives you the foundation to grow into an independent Research Executive. Over time, you'll be designing, coordinating, and interpreting international marketing research projects for major brands across sectors like tech, fashion, finance, FMCG, and more. Here's what your work will include:

• Understanding clients' needs and the unique aspects of their markets
• Helping design surveys that get to the heart of what consumers think and feel
• Coordinating with global teams and data providers to ensure smooth execution
• Troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, and keeping projects moving
• Analyzing survey results and turning data into stories that guide advertising and brand strategy
• Working with experienced colleagues to improve how we work and innovate on projects

Who you are:

We're looking for people who are open-minded, motivated to learn, and ready to dive into the world of advertising and analytics. If this sounds like you, let's talk We'd love it if you also have:

• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) — in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Business… or just about anything if you're curious and analytical
• An interest in working with data, surveys, tables, and charts
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• A good grasp of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Great attention to detail, ability to juggle tasks, and stay organized
• A comfort with change, ambiguity, and a drive to improve and learn
• A global mindset — we work in a very multicultural team
