Jsme v růstové fázi, kdy se věci hýbou rychle. HR tým rozšiřujeme o zkušeného HRBP, který si převezme zodpovědnost za svěřenou část firmy, nastaví smysluplné procesy a bude partnerem pro lidi napříč týmy – od specialistů až po vedení.

Hledáme HR Business Partnera, který umí balancovat mezi strategií a operativou. Koho bude bavit HR ve firmě, která roste 100 % ročně a kde se rozhoduje rychle.

Co budeš dělat?

  • Budeš parťákem pro team leady a manažery a podporovat svěřené týmy, aby dosahovaly svých cílů.

  • Pomůžeš nastavovat a vylepšovat HR procesy – adaptace, změny, performance management, offboarding.

  • Zajistíš HR data a reporting a budeš úzce spolupracovat s týmem Financí/Controllingu.

  • Pomůžeš zlepšovat náš nábor, onboarding a candidate experience.

  • Budeš součástí malého HR týmu a reportovat HR manažerce Anně.

Jak si tě představujeme?

  • Už máš za sebou aspoň 5 let v HR – ideálně jako HRBP ve scale-upu, e-commerce nebo FMCG.

  • Umíš se zorientovat ve firmě, pochopit byznys a navrhnout řešení, které fakt pomůže.

  • Máš silný cit pro lidi a zároveň tah na výsledek.

  • Excel a data ti nejsou cizí.

  • Umíš česky a domluvíš se anglicky – máme i zahraniční kolegy.
