We're looking for ambitious, curious, and hands-on Marketing Trainees to join our team in the Czech Republic. This is both a full-time and part-time opportunity for recent graduates or young professionals looking to launch their marketing careers in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

Throughout the program, you'll have the opportunity to choose from key areas of our marketing team, including:

  • Performance Marketing
  • Brand Marketing and Social Media
  • CRM
  • Influencer Marketing
  • E-commerce and Product Development

And the best part? If you perform well, this program can lead to a full-time position at snuggs

What we are looking for:
Over time, we've learned that successful Marketing Trainees at snuggs usually fall into one of two profiles:

Analytical / Performance-driven

  • Strong with numbers, analysis, logic, and structured thinking
  • Your case study can be visually minimalistic, as long as the reasoning is sharp and data-driven

Creative / Visual-driven

  • Good eye for visuals, branding, and storytelling (you don't need to be a designer, but you should be able to draft nice presentations, moodboards, and ideas)

Your case study should reflect creativity, strong presentation, and a clear sense of visual style
