We are seeking a Senior Power Apps Developer to analyse an existing SharePoint solution, re-engineer it, and build a modern model-driven application in Power Apps. The role involves automating processes via Power Automate, ensuring real-time integration with SharePoint, and developing Copilot Agents to enhance productivity.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions, while bringing a professional, proactive, and collaborative approach to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse the current SharePoint setup and design a modernised architecture.
  • Build a model-driven application in Power Apps with strong governance and scalability.
  • Create process automations in Power Automate linked with SharePoint data and workflows.
  • Develop intelligent Agents in Copilot Studio to support business processes.
  • Implement Data as Code practices, including version control, small and regular commits, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with C#, JavaScript, and Power BI components.
  • Ensure adherence to software development life cycle best practices.
  • Present work to stakeholders, explaining technical concepts clearly.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Czech (spoken and written)
  • Advanced Power Platform expertise: Power Apps (model-driven), Power Automate, Copilot Studio.
  • Proven track record in Copilot Agent development.
  • Hands-on experience with Data as Code, version control (Git), CI/CD, and scripting in C# & JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Power BI integration.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and delivery best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
