Co tě u nás čeká?

  • Analýza a vyhodnocování finančních a datových informací napříč pojišťovnou.
  • Predikce vývoje pojišťovny, optimalizace ziskovosti a počítání profitability strategických iniciativ.
  • Nastavovaní businessových reportů a metrik k měření výkonosti pojišťovny.
  • Spolupráce s pojistnou matematikou na výpočtu kapitálu a stresovém testování.
  • Přinášení finančního a businessového pohledu do ostatních týmů pojišťovny
  • Hledání souvislostí, navrhování řešení a podpora kolegů v pochopení výsledků.
  • Budování dobrého jména Directu svým profesionálním i lidským přístupem.

Jak si tě představujeme?

  • Baví tě čísla, data a analytické myšlení — a hledáš smysl v tom, co děláš.
  • Máš vysokoškolské vzdělání (ekonomie, matematika, informatika) a praxi na seniorní analytické pozici.
  • Excel je tvoje jistota, znáš Power query a datový model, základy SQL jsou velkou výhodou.
  • Složité analýzy jsou pro tebe výzvou, a ne noční můrou.
  • Jsi proaktivní a v datech vidíš nápady na zlepšení.
  • Jsi zodpovědný, samostatný, týmový hráč a máš chuť neustále se posouvat.
  • Angličtinu zvládáš tak, abys dokázal pracovat se zahraničními zdroji.
