The Role

We're looking for a skilled Fullstack Developer with crypto / fintech experience to help our client build a secure and user-friendly crypto exchange platform. You'll be part of a small, focused team in Prague, building secure, scalable APIs and services from the ground up with real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications across the entire stack
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end components
  • Integrate with smart contracts and wallet APIs to support blockchain-based functionalities
  • Manage and optimize databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval
    Implement robust security measures and best practices throughout the application lifecycle
  • Ensure applications are responsive, user-friendly, and adhere to modern UX/UI principles
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong experience with , Typescript, , and
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and back-end architecture
  • In-depth experience integrating with smart contracts , )
  • Experience working with wallet APIs (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect)
  • Strong grasp of backend architecture, API development, and security best practices, applied across the entire application stack
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or other relational and in-memory databases
  • Familiarity with microservices, distributed systems, and scalable server-side patterns
  • A strong focus on security best practices in fintech or other sensitive environments
  • Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS or similar)
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously in a startup setup
  • Based in the Czech Republic
  • Fluency in English
  • Prior experience in crypto or financial services
  • Ability to start asap
