JOB DESCRIPTION:

YOUR TASKS

• End-to-end administration of HR documentation throughout the employee life cycle, including preparation of employment contracts, amendments, confirmations, and other HR-related documents
• Updating employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and UKG PeopleDoc systems during onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes
• Coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities, including arrangement of work equipment, benefit cards, and access rights
• Providing first-line HR support to employees regarding HR-related matters
• Collaboration with a team of experienced HR professionals to optimize HR processes
• Regular preparation of HR reports and analyses
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, GDPR, and Czech labor legislation

YOUR PROFILE

• Secondary or university education in economics, humanities, or a related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in HR administration or a similar role; experience in an international environment is an advantage
• Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• English at a communicative level (minimum B2)
• Independent, well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to task resolution
• Experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, UKG PeopleDoc) is an advantage
