Hledáme kolegu/kolegyni na pozici HR Generalist, spolupráce na náboru, onboardingu nových zaměstnanců, správě školení, benefitů, podpora kolegů i managerů.

Co u nás budete dělat?
  • Jako HR Generalist budete mít možnost komplexně pokrývat oblast HR v několika pobočkách (Praha, Mladá Boleslav, Šumperk).
  • Spolupracovat s recruiterem při výběru nových kolegů.
  • Zajišťovat hladké začlenění nových zaměstnanců – koordinace onboardingu, komunikace mezi nováčkem a zbytkem týmu.
  • HR administrativu – správa podkladů pro mzdovou účetní, administrace náboru a odchodu zaměstnanců, certifikace, evidence školení aj.
  • Benefity a HR marketing – správa části benefitů, podíl na HR marketingu a podpoře employer brandu.
  • Podporu kolegům a manažerům – jako dostupný HR kontakt pro zaměstnance ve všech fázích zaměstnaneckého cyklu.
Co od vás očekáváme?
  • Praxi v HR na podobné pozici (nábory, administrativa, onboarding, komunikace s manažery).
  • Schopnost fungovat "od každého trochu" — flexibilita, proaktivní přístup, organizační dovednosti.
  • Výbornou komunikaci v českém jazyce, B2 angličtina.
