About the Team and the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Junior Analyst & AI Research Associate — a role designed as a natural step for outstanding interns transitioning into longer-term contributors.

You will join a team focused on growth, optimization, and innovation within direct-to-consumer digital experiences. The role combines traditional marketing and product analytics with AI research and process automation, giving you the opportunity to help design smarter, more efficient workflows across multiple areas of the business.

This is a part-time junior position (suitable alongside studies) based in our Prague or Brno office with flexible working options.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support and run AI research and prototyping to solve real business challenges.
• Implement and automate operational processes to increase team efficiency.
• Collaborate on new test & product launches, gaining exposure to end-to-end product development.
• Ideate and execute in-app campaigns, analyze results, and optimize user flows.
• Map and visualize the customer journey to uncover opportunities for improved experience.
• Partner with internal teams (design, product management, engineering, BI, marketing) to integrate AI and automation into workflows.
• Report on campaign and automation performance through business reviews.

What You'll Need

• Strong interest in AI, analytics, and digital product innovation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools, automation platforms, or data analytics software (Google Analytics, Python, or equivalent).
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making.
• Curiosity for online business, creative thinking, and emerging technologies.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Attention to detail, both in data and creative execution.
• Independence, proactivity, and ability to drive projects from idea to delivery.
• Fluent in English.
