Klient hledá nového kolegu do týmu IT podpory, který se stane klíčovým hráčem při zajištění stability, dostupnosti a bezpečnosti interních a externích systémů a aplikací.
Tým se vyznačuje proaktivním přístupem – každý technický zádrhel je pro ně výzvou k řešení a zároveň příležitostí ke zlepšení prostředí.
Čeká na Vás prostředí kombinující on-premise infrastrukturu a cloudové technologie v Azure, intenzivní spolupráce se security týmem a práce s moderními nástroji jako Zabbix a Grafana.

Náplň práce: 
- Poskytování technické podpory pro interní i externí aplikace a systémy společnosti klienta
- Správa prostředí Azure, Zabbix a on-premise serverů (Windows a Linux)
- Spolupráce se security týmem při řešení nálezů a jejich odstraňování
- Analýza a eskalace závažných incidentů předaných L1 podporou
- Pravidelná údržba a aktualizace serverů, aplikací a monitorovacích nástrojů
- Monitoring výkonu a dostupnosti aplikací a systémů prostřednictvím Zabbix a Grafana
- Podpora při nasazování nových aplikací, API a systémových komponent v prostředí QA, UAT a PROD

Požadavky:
- SŠ/VŠ vzdělání technického směru
- Seniorní zkušenost v oblasti podpory infrastruktury, alespoň v jedné z oblastí: Azure, LAN/WAN, Zabbix, Jira, SQL, on-premise servery
- Dobrá orientace v technologiích jako Active Directory, firewall, load balancing, archivace, VMware, Windows Server a základní znalost Linux
- Schopnost práce se základními SQL dotazy
- Znalost angličtiny na komunikativní úrovni (komunikace s externími dodavateli)
- Výhodou zkušenost s monitorovacími systémy (Zabbix, Grafana)
- Ochota držet pohotovost (po zaškolení)
