About the role

The purpose of this role is to be the frontline salesperson who is responsible for the execution of agreed sales and profitability targets established by the business in Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia by developing new business and expanding the business with existing customers in Automotive sector.

We are looking for Korean speaker, who will be working mainly with Korean clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Work with existing customers and explore new customers for business growth & market development.
  • Organize regular customer meetings with priority to the most important customers and to concrete development opportunities.
    Regularly maintain customer contact on-site to ensure and improve satisfaction and increase AkzoNobel's share of wallet - at all reporting levels and across all functions.
  • Deliver agreed financial and non-financial targets in line with business budgets.
  • Togehter with technical service representative proactivley address technical issues at customer, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate commercial and technical activities at the assigned accounts.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement across the organization to generate value to customers – forecast, service, capability, efficiency and productivity.
  • Regularly and pro-actively inform the Regional Sales Manager about required sales or technical/marketing support needed for achieving sales targets or solving commercial/technical issues.
  • Systematically update the sales plan and CRM databases with valid, accurate, and complete customer information.
  • Support complaint management and maintain frequent exchanges with Quality Management, Customer Service and Technical Service to resolve customer complaints.
Job requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in industrial B2B sales.
  • Technical knowledge of industrial coatings in Automotive Industry is a benefit.
  • Very good English and fluent Korean.
  • Good Knowledge of Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines, to work in the team and communicate well.
  • Strong relationships builder with big variety of multiple stake holders.
  • Result oriented and able to cope under pressure.
  • Ready for frequent travel including overnight stays.
