We are looking for a reliable and experienced Style Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the housekeeping staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
• Assign tasks and schedule shifts for the team
• Train, motivate and evaluate housekeeping staff
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies
• Work closely with the front office and other departments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (hotel, offices, resort) preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Responsible and reliable personality
• Good physical condition
• English language required, additional languages are a plus
