Tasks
  • Dohled nad finančním systémem a úzká spolupráce s daňovým poradcem/CPA při externím účetnictví, včetně zajištění včasného poskytování všech potřebných dokumentů daňovému poradci a státnímu finančnímu úřadu.
  • Strategické plánování, realizace a sledování rozpočtů na měsíční, čtvrtletní a roční bázi s cílem zajistit finanční efektivitu.
  • Řízení a poskytování přesných interních a externích reportů na týdenní, měsíční a roční bázi.
  • Zpracování bonusů distributorů a dohled nad bankovními operacemi místních poboček s maximální přesností.
  • Úzká spolupráce s daňovým poradcem na externích účetních povinnostech a podpora vůči státnímu finančnímu úřadu.
  • Zajištění přesného ověřování a evidence všech přijatých faktur a bankovních převodů.
  • Aktivní podpora týmu zákaznického servisu a plnění dalších úkolů přidělených Country Managerem, s cílem podporovat spolupráci a úspěch.
Requirements
  • Více než 5 let odborné praxe v oblasti finančního účetnictví, prokazující odbornost a nasazení.
  • Vynikající analytické schopnosti spojené s proaktivním a na řešení orientovaným přístupem; vysoce efektivní komunikace a silný týmový hráč.
  • Znalost češtiny, slovenštiny a angličtiny na vysoké úrovni, včetně výborných písemných i ústních dovedností ve všech třech jazycích.
