Do oddělení Vodafone Business Technology Solutions (VBTS) hledáme kolegu či kolegyni, který/á bude mít na starosti poskytování technické podpory pro B2B zákazníky.

Co bude tvojí náplní práce?
  • Správa a údržba síťové infrastruktury pro B2B zákazníky (OneNet, velkoobchod).
  • Monitorování stavu sítě, analýza a zpracování alarmů v dohledovém systému.
  • Proaktivní odstraňování vzniklých poruch a zajištění plynulého provozu.
  • Komunikace se zákazníky s cílem zajistit rychlé a kvalitní řešení jejich požadavků.
  • Práce v ticketovacím systému.
  • Koordinace servisních zásahů a spolupráce s interními i externími partnery.
  • Úzká spolupráce s dalšími odděleními společnosti Vodafone.
  • Podíl na vývoji nástrojů pro zákazníky i support.
Jaké znalosti a dovednosti očekáváme?
  • Zkušenosti s komunikací se zákazníky prostřednictvím e-mailu i telefonu.
  • Plynulá znalost češtiny (většina zákazníků je česky či slovensky hovořících).
  • Angličtina na úrovni umožňující e-mailovou a telefonickou komunikaci.
  • Praktické zkušenosti s troubleshootingem zařízení výrobců Cisco, Cisco-Linksys, Huawei, HP, Juniper nebo MikroTik.
  • Znalost a praxe v LAN a WAN technologiích, MPLS, SD-WAN, cloudu a virtualizacích.
  • Orientace v OSI modelu, switchingu, statickém routingu, BGP a TCP/IP.
  • Znalosti v oblasti hlasových řešení (PBX, VoIP, 3CX, SIP, H323).
  • Chuť učit se nové věci a neustále se zlepšovat.

  • Praktické zkušenosti s měřením certifikovanými přístroji (VeEX, JDSU, EXFO).
  • Základní znalost skriptování a práce s MIB, OID, SNMP.
