Be a headhunting pro — actively source and engage hidden talent on LinkedIn, GitHub, and in global tech communities Build long-term relationships with top engineers and innovators Own the full recruitment journey — from first message to signed offer Partner with technical leaders to shape global hiring strategies that scale Deliver a fast, seamless, human experience every step of the way

Who You Are
years of tech recruitment experience (agency or in-house A natural hunter who thrives on sourcing, not just screening You've worked in a startup or scale-up and love the pace You "speak tech" — from backend to AI, you get what you're hiring for Organized, proactive, and driven by results Bonus points if you've recruited in AI / ML / generative tech or helped scale a global remote team before
