Tasks
  • Oversee the finance system and maintain close collaboration with the CPA on external accounting tasks, ensuring the timely provision of all necessary documents to the CPA and State Tax Inspectorate.
  • Strategically plan, implement, and monitor budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Manage and deliver accurate internal and external reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly schedule.
  • Process distributor bonuses and oversee banking operations for local branches with precision.
  • Partner closely with the CPA on external accounting responsibilities and provide seamless support to the State Tax Inspectorate.
  • Ensure accurate verification and registration of all received invoices and banking transfers.
  • Actively support the customer service team and contribute to additional tasks assigned by the Country Manager, fostering collaboration and success.
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of professional experience in financial accounting, showcasing expertise and dedication to the field.
  • Exceptional analytical skills paired with a solution-driven and proactive mindset; highly effective in communication and a strong team player.
  • Proficient in Czech, Slovak, and English, with excellent verbal and written skills in all three languages.
