Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Play a key role in month end closing and  forecasting; being a business partner for Commercial, Marketing and Supply Chain.
  • Provide well-managed and high-quality financial analysis to support business decision-making and ensure alignment across the organization, while also delivering accurate operational information and strategic advice to enable informed decisions by business managers.
  • Report of monthly sales (topline) performance for related business area;
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to the optimization of commercial planning workflows.
  • Provide services to other Finance Teams and contribute to the success of the finance function within their area of the business.
  • Actively contributes to the development of strategic long-term financial and business plans through the provision of accurate data and analysis.
  • Ensure the implementation of risk management, financial compliance and controls (Business Process Controls [BPC], Internal and External Audits), and provide necessary information to internal and external auditors.

Essential Requirements:

  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak and English language
  • Financial Management
  • Continuous Process Improvement

  • Strong communication skills

Please note this is a mid senior role and a single contributor within finance team of Sandoz.
