As a Junior E-Commerce Specialist, you'll keep our online shop running smoothly end-to-end. You'll optimize performance, and help deliver high-quality campaigns and product launches that strengthen our digital presence.

What you'll do

  • Test the website after each release or update to ensure everything works smoothly
  • Manage product visibility and information on the e-shop (hide/unhide, update descriptions, etc.)
  • Coordinate tasks, briefs, and deliverables with our external web agency
  • Oversee transactions and settings across our e-shop, email marketing tools, and creative platforms
  • Troubleshoot website, payment, checkout, and email-related issues
  • Work within Shopify: research, evaluate, and manage apps/add-ons; propose and implement improvements
  • Create, update, and maintain landing pages for campaigns and new product launches
  • Monitor website performance and flag issues or opportunities for optimization

What makes you a great fit

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital operations
  • Tech-savvy, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with Shopify (or eager to learn)
  • Strong communicator and proactive problem-solver
  • Fluent in English and Czech
