Job DescriptionWhat to expect:
  • Meeting with end users to discuss their needs/issues within solution implemented
  • By listening carefully and asking the right questions, finding out exactly which needs are to be tackled and following up with the customer requirements with incident handling service at vendor and KBC side
  • Following up the incidents in vendor system and reviewing them with the end users
  • Performing functional testing after technical upgrades of reporting tool
Your skills & experience:
  • University degree in Economy or IT major
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to gain knowledge in regulatory reporting and tool using for report generation
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Basic knowledge of accounting standards
