Current Opportunity:

Right now, we´re seeking a Group IT Application Analyst to join our great IT department responsible for: evaluating and implementing the user and business requirements for process, applications and systems modifications in specified IT and/or business area. As IT Application Analyst, you will provide troubleshooting to assure operational availability, contribute to the development and testing of new features, internally or in cooperation with third parties.

Kindly note that this position acts as a cover for maternity leave with a limited contract of two years.

What You'll Be Doing:

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Collect the requirements from relevant business teams, describe them and ensure the proper refinement process
• Prepare the ideas/features for further processing, coordinate the discussions with relevant teams (business, technology)
• Maintain the application backlog if relevant
• Ensure end-to-end solution of each requirement, at least a response or answer on the requirement, on the corresponding level of the responsibility.
• Support the planning and delivery of each requirement using the suitable approach (agile, linear)
• Monitor and manage the stability and integrity of applications and data in specific area and ensure day-to-day operations and successful completion of all related changes
• Coordinate the cooperation of IT and business in activities related to applications in specific are and its changes
• Participate on application implementation
• Support in creating training materials for relevant user groups

What We're Looking For:

You should have experience in:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics or in a specific area of interest
• At least 1-2 years of experience as an analyst or system administrator
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (at least C1)
• Overall understanding of technology
• Basic project management skills (agile and/or linear)
• Ability to analyze data and resolve situations related to their incorrectness and inconsistency
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint with advanced knowledge of Excel) and Microsoft 365

It would be a bonus if you bring:

• Application implementation experience in a specific area
• Knowledge of tools for modeling and analysis
• experience with Jira
• Knowledge of working with databases and SQL
