Description:

For one of our clients, a leading international company in the cannabis fertilizers industry, we are looking for a Sales Representative for the regions: Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia.

The role is remote and involves frequent travel to visit clients, distributors, and grow shops. Reporting to the European Sales Director, the Sales Representative will be responsible for market development, technical-commercial support, and building long-term business relationships with customers in the cannabis cultivation sector.

  • Long-term, full-time contract with a 3-month probation period
  • Commission scheme linked to sales performance and KPIs
  • Travel expenses fully covered (meals, mileage, flights, accommodation)

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales (min. 1 year), customer support, or technical advisory roles (agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis-related products preferred)

Native (or near-native) Czech and fluent English (minimum B2/C1)

Solid understanding of cannabis cultivation, agronomy and fertilizers

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a results-driven approach

Polite and with strong interpersonal skills

Based in the Czech Republic with frequent travel availability

Valid driver's license and own vehicle (mandatory)

Ability to work independently

Experience with CRM systems, including managing pipelines and maintaining client contacts

Willingness to travel frequently for client visits as well as for industry events and trade shows

Immediate availability

Previous experience with grow shops or cannabis clubs is a plus
