Do you thrive on challenges and have experience in the Tourism industry specially in Germany and Austria? Then you're in the right place Slevomat Group is currently seeking a Sales Representative who will help us expand our partnerships with German and Austrian accommodation providers. As a Sales Reps, you will have the freedom to choose which hotels and facilities you'd like to collaborate with. Our Sales Reps have the autonomy to negotiate deals that benefit both our company and our partners while ensuring a great experience for our clients from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You'll have the full support of your team and supervisor whenever you need it. Your compensation will include a base salary, with the potential for additional earnings based on your performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Building and management portfolio of German/Austrian hotels, ranging from mountainside resorts and spas to stylish hotels and apartments in urban areas.
  • Managing every aspect of the contracting process, from identifying potential targets and initial contact to pricing negotiations, contract agreements, allocation management, onboarding and ongoing account management.
  • Ensuring that our offers are appealing to Slevomat Group clients.
  • Our International Deals management and Sales support team will assist you with administration.
Requirements:
  • Adaptability to change easily, out of the box thinking and go-getter mindset.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience (at least 3 years) with a focus on acquiring new partners in the Travel Industry.
  • We appreciate a connection to the travel industry in Germany/Austria or a background in working with hotels through third-party channels. Additionally direct connections to hotels in these regions would be advantageous.
  • Creative and consultative sales approach.
  • Team Player, who would fit the current team of two, we are not looking for an individualist,
  • Fluent spoken and written English and German is required.
  • Residency in Germany (preferably south) or in the Czech Republic/Slovakia with openness to travel to Austria/Germany at least once per month (personal meetings, tourism fairs). The team you work with is located in Prague, Munich and Frankfurt (working from home). You can also work from the Slevomat Group Office – Prague, Bratislava.
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license is required.
  • Availability during working hours 8:00 – 16:00 or 9:00 – 17:00 - depending what you choose.
  • Soft Excel skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, and a quick ability to learn other programs.
