Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the services/products offered by One Delivery not only meet but exceed the needs and expectations of our clients, specifically sellers and consumers within the Allegro Retail

  • Introducing logistics products and services that have the greatest and most significant impact on platform efficiency and delivery quality (on platform and for cz eshops).

  • Monitoring products throughout their entire lifecycle to continuously improve and adapt services, always aiming to offer the highest quality logistics services on the platform.

  • Managing projects for inventing, defining, implementing, and improving their own logistics services.

  • Accountability for personal and team KPIs.

This is the right job for if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in the logistics/courier industry.

  • 3+ years of experience in product development.

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various teams and functions across the organization, with an understanding of technical, technological, legal, financial, operational, and sales dependencies within the product creation and implementation cycle.

  • English communication skills at a minimum B2+ level, Czech Native
