Job Description:The Marketing Manager manages the regional marketing team and social media strategies.
Key tasks include developing marketing plans, supporting business development, and organizing events. It also involves budget management and analyzing marketing effectiveness.
  • Management of the regional Marketing team.
  • Designs marketing and communication strategies for social media campaigns in the region.
  • Develops and implements an annual marketing and communication plan for the region, mapping activities according to the target audience and setting them according to a defined calendar and quantified goals based on the target audience.
  • Develops and implements inbound marketing strategies to generate sales leads and support revenue growth for industrial, office portfolios, and co-working spaces.
  • Maintains a network of local contacts, including agencies, journalists, media, production companies, speakers, event organizers, and others.
  • Supports the local Business Development team in external communications with the local public and media, organizing events and public appearances, and profiling CTP in the region.
  • Supports the organization of events for tenants and the community, and facilitates the improvement of relationships with external stakeholders, including universities and local and regional authorities.
  • Develops and maintains a deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and target markets to inform marketing strategies and communications.
  • Creates, maintains, and analyzes social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and other inbound/outbound activities to manage business contacts and support business developers.
  • Compiles an annual budget for approval and monitors expenses and the effectiveness of activities to optimize spending.
  • Prepares tenders for marketing activities within the region, approved by the Head of Marketing.
  • Uses CRM as a key tool in planning activities, along with other tools.
