Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and prospecting potential clients in the eCommerce and fintech sectors.
- Establish initial contact with prospects through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Educate prospective clients about PayU's products and how they can benefit their businesses.
- Qualify leads and close new business deals, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Present PayU's value proposition and negotiate terms with potential clients.
- Provide market feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams to improve sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and prospects in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Account Management teams to ensure smooth handover and transition of new clients.
- Bachelor's degree or proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years as a minimum of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or new business acquisition.
- Experience in the eCommerce, fintech, or payments industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Knowledge of the eCommerce and online payments industry.
- Strong ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritize effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work within a team environment.
