Shoptet je jedna z nejrychleji rostoucích technologických společností v regionu. Pomáháme firmám i jednotlivcům snadno začít a rozvíjet jejich podnikání online. Nabízíme nekonečné možnosti pro e-shopy – od pronájmu, přes platební služby až po propojování s profesionály z oboru.

Hledáme Onboarding Managera, který bude zajišťovat hladký přechod klientů na Shoptet. Tvým úkolem bude koordinovat celý proces implementace, komunikovat s klientem a partnerem, který se postará o technickou stránku přechodu. Pokud máš schopnost asertivně komunikovat, máš výborné organizační dovednosti, umíš zachovat chladnou hlavu v náročných situacích a rád/a se rozhoduješ samostatně, přidej se k nám

Co bude tvojí náplní práce?

  • Komunikace a spolupráce s obchodním týmem při dotažení akvizice klienta.

  • Projektový management a péče o plynulou distribuci informací mezi obchodníkem, partnerem a klientem.

  • Individuální příprava na každého klienta a organizace případných online schůzek.

  • Porozumět potřebám klienta, správně reagovat na dotazy a nabízet ideální řešení, které dokážeme realizovat.

  • Spolupráce se všemi interními týmy, které do implementace vstupují a jejich koordinace.

  • Dozorování spolupráce klienta a partnera (technický specialista, který je prověřen a vyškolen přímo u nás).

Co od tebe očekáváme?

  • Tah na branku a sales skills - aktivní přístup k dosažení cílů a schopnost úspěšně domluvit spolupráci s klientem.

  • Organizační schopnosti a projektová zkušenost – perfektní time management (budeš koordinovat několika projektů současně), schopnost dodržovat termíny, systematičnost a identifikace rizik.

  • Trpělivost, samostatnost a profesionální péči o naše klienty - převedení e-shopu může trvat několik týdnů až měsíců, potřebujeme člověka, který bude trpělivě řešit s klientem všechny potřebné kroky.

  • Základní technický background - schopnost porozumět technickým aspektům našeho produktu - naši klienti budou při přechodu na Shoptet řešit technické dotazy a problémy, Onboarding Manager musí mít schopnost tyto záležitosti s klientem komunikovat. Pro příliš specifické dotazy se můžeš obrátit na zkušenější kolegy.
