We're looking for a Video Creator who loves making videos that actually perform. Someone who gets why a 6-second ad can sell more than a 60-second story and who enjoys finding that perfect balance between creativity and data.

At Groupon, you'll join our international Design team and help shape the future of how we tell stories through video. Your work will be seen by millions of users across 13 markets - from big seasonal campaigns to daily deal ads.

• Create and edit short-form videos for paid ads and occasionally for social media.
  
  
• Work closely with the Display team - test, iterate, and improve your videos based on results.
  
  
• Bring new ideas and motion trends to the table - from fresh editing styles to fast-paced e-commerce ads.
  
  
• Build simple templates to speed up production and localization.
  
  
• Actively leverage and experiment with AI tools (Runway, Veo, Midjourney, etc.) to generate and enhance video assets, integrating them seamlessly with your expert workflow in After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• A strong portfolio of motion or video work created for performance marketing.
  
  
• Understanding of what makes content perform - CTR, conversions, engagement.
  
  
• Expert-level skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects & Premiere Pro) paired with deep, practical experience in AI content generation tools.
  
  
• Proven ability to autonomously prompt and generate high-quality video assets using AI, not just edit existing footage. Your skill in AI prompting should be as strong as your skill in traditional editing.
  
  
• You're comfortable using AI tools like Runway, Veo, or Midjourney as part of your creative workflow.
  
  
• Fluent in English, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
  
  
• Nice to have: experience with 3D animation.
