Na co se můžete těšit?

  • Vedení a rozvoj interního týmu zaměřeného na AI a RPA (vývojáři, analytici, architekti).
  • Definice strategie automatizace a její realizace v souladu s cíli digitalizace.
  • Řízení projektů od plánování přes implementaci až po vyhodnocení výsledků.
  • Identifikace a analýza procesů vhodných pro automatizaci a návrh řešení.
  • Spolupráce s různými odděleními napříč firmou, komunikace se stakeholdery.
  • Monitoring trendů v oblasti AI, RPA a jejich uplatnění v praxi.
  • Možnost ovlivnit směřování technologie a stát se součástí strategického rozhodování.
  • Přátelské pracovní prostředí, stabilní tým a prostor pro další růst.

Vaše hlavní úkoly budou:

  • Vést AI+RPA tým a rozvíjet jeho kompetence formou koučinku a školení.
  • Navrhovat a realizovat řešení v oblasti inteligentní automatizace a robotizace procesů.
  • Koordinovat projekty včetně plánování, rozpočtu a kvality výstupů.
  • Zajišťovat soulad s interními i externími standardy v oblasti kvality, práva a ochrany dat.
  • Aktivně sledovat nové technologie a navrhovat jejich využití.
  • Podporovat změnové řízení a adopci nových technologií v rámci firmy.

Co od vás očekáváme?

  • Vysokoškolské vzdělání v oblasti IT, techniky, matematiky nebo odpovídající praxi.
  • Prokazatelnou zkušenost s vedením projektů v oblasti AI, RPA nebo digitalizace.
  • Znalost nástrojů jako UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, a metod strojového učení.
  • Orientaci v agilních i klasických metodách řízení projektů (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
  • Schopnost propojit technickou, obchodní a provozní perspektivu.
  • Plynulou znalost angličtiny a němčiny.
