Investment Analyst – Real Estate Investment | Savills Czech Republic

Are you analytical, curious about real estate, and excited by the idea of closing deals with some of the biggest investors in the market? Join the Czech Investment team at Savills, where you'll support major real estate transactions alongside a dynamic and experienced group of professionals.

We're looking for a motivated Investment Analyst – someone who loves working with data but also enjoys the buzz of the sales process. Whether you're fresh out of university or already have some experience, this role offers a great springboard into the world of commercial real estate investment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Research and analyse real estate market data, property transactions, and investment opportunities
  • Build cash flow models and help craft sales strategies for investment properties
  • Support the full transaction lifecycle – from pitching and underwriting to marketing, site visits, and due diligence
  • Track macroeconomic trends and how they impact the property market
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members and contribute actively to team success

What You Bring:

  • A university degree (ideally in economics, finance, or a related field)
  • A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail – you enjoy working with numbers and making sense of data
  • Solid Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables), plus familiarity with PowerPoint and Word
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak speaker, with excellent English (C1 )
  • A proactive, flexible approach – you can manage changing priorities and work independently
  • A team player with strong communication skills and a desire to grow in real estate

Bonus points for previous experience in commercial real estate – but not required.
