Job Description:The Data Analyst - GIS and Portfolio Data Management plays a critical role in maintaining and analyzing CTP's portfolio data, focusing on the geographical (GIS) and asset data of Parks, Buildings and surrounding areas. As the subject matter expert in portfolio data management, this role requires a keen eye for data accuracy, consistency, and integrity, ensuring that portfolio information across CTP's assets is up-to-date, complete, and stored according to company standards. This position supports cross-functional teams by enabling access to high-quality, reliable data essential for strategic decision-making, reporting and compliance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Support teams involved in construction, leasing, finance, asset management, and reporting by providing accurate data, assisting with portfolio-related inquiries, and generating relevant reports as needed. Act as the portfolio data subject matter expert within CTP. 
  • Portfolio Data Entry and Maintenance: Manage the data entry, validation, and regular updating of asset-related data for CTP's Parks and Buildings portfolio. Ensure data consistency across different systems, including the integration of new properties and updates from project completions or asset modifications. 
  • GIS Data Management: Oversee and maintain geospatial data of Parks and Buildings, ensuring geographical information is accurately represented in CTP's systems. Perform regular updates and audits on spatial data and geographic details. 
    Data Analysis and Quality Assurance: Analyze, validate, and review data records to ensure portfolio data is complete, consistent, and error-free. Implement and maintain regular data quality checks and standards to support portfolio accuracy. 
  • Data Import and Reconciliation: Manage data imports related to portfolio changes, such as new building acquisitions or updates. Reconcile any discrepancies between CTP's core systems to ensure a single source of truth for portfolio data. 
  • Data Preparation for Reporting and Analytics: Prepare data for internal and external reporting, supporting analytics and decision-making with well-structured portfolio information. 
  • Documentation and Archiving: Ensure all portfolio-related documents (e.g., maps, deeds, zoning certificates) are stored correctly and securely, following CTP's data management and document archiving policies. Manage approvals and organize digital and physical records.
