What You´ll Do:

  • Bring the Zátiší 2.0 vision to lide by strenghtening leadership and collaboration across the company
  • Redfine how we work with people - from hiring and development to culture and purpose.
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape complany strategy, organization, and growth.
  • Help build a new structure that preserves the spirit of Zátiší

  • A senior professional with 5-10 years of experience in leadership, HR, or cultural transformation.
  • Someone who has guided a company through major change - from a family business to a corporation or the other way around.
  • A person with natural authority, able to inspire, set direction, and create trust.

  • Fluency in English is essential - our team and mindset are international.
