V roli Product Ownera budete zodpovědní za rozvoj neprodejní komunikace s klienty České spořitelny. V týmu budete mít customer journey experty i datové specialisty, abyste mohli komunikaci správně navrhnout a také ji sami vyvinout a doručit. Budete aktivně spolupracovat s našimi produktovými týmy i týmem, který se stará o finanční zdraví našich klientů, abyste společně našli, jak nejlépe pomoci našim klientům. Používáme moderní technologie, základem je pro nás Salesforce Marketing Cloud a Databricks.

Vaše klíčové odpovědnosti:
  • Rozvoj a správa personalizované neprodejní komunikace: Řídit celý životní cyklus komunikačních kampaní. Přinášet a realizovat vizi pro rozvoj produktu.
  • Vedení týmu: S podporou agilních koučů vést tým 10 specialistů a prohlubovat jejich dovednosti.
  • Zvyšování rychlosti týmu: Inovovat způsoby práce, zavádět moderní technologie do denní praxe, a soustředit úsilí na důležité věci.
  • Komunikace a konzultace: Úzce spolupracovat s týmy napříč celou retailovou divizí a řešit potřeby našich klientů

  • Přinášet vizi: Samostatně formulovat vizi produktu i fungování týmu a následně ji uvádět v život.
  • Proklientský přístup: Dívat se na různé životní situace očima klienta a hledat roli banky v jejich překonávání.
  • Komunikační dovednosti: Schopnost dohodnout se s různými byznysovými i technickými týmy, vyjednávat, prioritizovat a rozhodovat.
  • Empatie a týmová spolupráce: Schopnost pracovat v týmu, vést, motivovat, být otevřený a empatický.
  • Agilní přístup: Povědomí o agilní metodologii a zkušenost s prací v agilním prostředí.
