Do Heureky hledáme silného obchodního lídra, který převezme vedení našich obchodních týmů napříč CZ, SK a HU a zároveň bude mít prostor pro kreativitu a vlastní nastavení struktury a procesů. Týmy, které se starají o více než e-shopů, prodávají produkty jako PPC, Bidding, Marketplace, Ověřeno zákazníky a další řešení, která pomáhají e-shopům růst. Budeš spolupracovat s Ondrou na formování celé strategie pro Merchant Sales v Heureka Group.

Co tě u nás čeká
  • Vedení a rozvoj obchodních týmů napříč CZ, SK a HU (celkem cca 25–30 lidí) s možností nastavit strukturu a procesy podle toho, co dává smysl
  • Odpovědnost za prodejní výsledky a rozvoj všech segmentů – aktuálně ve složení Enterprise, SME i Onboarding
  • Prostor pro inovace a zlepšování procesů, zavádění nových přístupů a hledání kreativních řešení
  • Nastavování obchodní strategie a hledání synergií mezi trhy i produkty
  • Aktivní práce s daty, KPI a obchodními cíli – od plánování po vyhodnocení výsledků
  • Spolupráce s marketingem, produktem, brand sales, datovým týmem a financemi na rozvoji našich řešení pro e-shopy
  • Přímá podpora klíčových obchodních jednání a partnerství s největšími hráči e-commerce
Jak si tě představujeme?
  • Vysokoškolské vzdělání (Business, Economics, Marketing nebo podobné)
  • Minimálně 8 let zkušeností na vedoucí obchodní pozici, ideálně v e-commerce, digitálních platformách nebo technologických firmách
  • Prokazatelné zkušenosti s vedením vícemarketových obchodních týmů a dosažením růstu tržeb
  • Orientace v digitálním marketingu (PPC, bidding, marketplace), znalost B2B prodeje
  • Schopnost vést seniorní týmy, přirozená autorita, zkušenost s mentoringem
  • Pokročilá znalost angličtiny (C1–C2) pro obchodní jednání a mezinárodní spolupráci
  • Analytické myšlení, zkušenost s daty, nastavování KPI a cenotvorbou
Výhodou ti bude:
  • Zkušenost s BigTech nebo e-commerce platformami (např. Amazon, Shopify)
  • Praxe v e-commerce retailu , zkušenosti s category managementem
  • Mezinárodní zkušenosti v rámci CEE
  • Znalost SaaS produktů, marketplace služeb a prodejních nástrojů
