Job Description:Tasks & Responsibilities
  • You are a key member of finance and accounting team responsible for ensuring accurate recording of Intercompany transactions, Equity clearing & associated tax impact, Profit & Loss and Balance sheet accounting entries.
  • You prepare timely and accurately Intercompany AR/AP and perform related SOX controls, including international matching confirmations and issue resolution with operating companies as required.
  • You actively participate in Ethicon transformation projects (SigniFi), supporting process change management and ensuring operational readiness.
  • You act as finance partner to business functions in Biosurgery Principal organization and assist with PO processing and various analytics.
  • You contribute to initiatives driving finance process improvements by identifying opportunities for efficiency and participating in their implementation.
  • You maintain the highest compliance standards while processing day-to-day activities, including assigned monthly/quarterly journal entries, accounting controls and reconciliations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (required)
  • Previous work experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Proficient spoken and written English (required)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (required)
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to details
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • A team player with a positive, can do attitude and agility to flex multiple work streams fluidly
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsibility, ability to work to tight deadlines
