V České spořitelně startujeme zcela novou iniciativu v oblasti klientské bezpečnosti. Naším cílem je vybudovat moderní, škálovatelný a bezpečný systém – od návrhu architektury až po provoz. Hledáme zkušeného softwarového inženýra a lídra, který se chopí této výzvy, postaví tým od základů a nastaví technologie, procesy i směr vývoje.

Co vás čeká:
  • Budování týmu – sestavíte a povedete nový tým softwarových inženýrů zaměřený na klientskou bezpečnost.
  • Technická vize a architektura – navrhnete technickou strategii, architekturu a vývojové prostředí pro nový systém.
  • Vývoj a provoz – budete zodpovědní za vývoj, provoz a dlouhodobou udržitelnost aplikací.
  • Bezpečnostní standardy – implementace šifrování, autentizace, OIDC, auditního logování a dalších klíčových prvků.
  • Inovace a modernizace – zavádění moderních technologií, nástrojů a metodik pro efektivní vývoj a provoz.
  • Spolupráce napříč firmou – úzká spolupráce s týmy infrastruktury, bezpečnosti a compliance.
Koho hledáme:
  • Máte prokazatelné zkušenosti s vedením IT týmu a budováním řešení od základů.
  • Rozumíte mikroservisní architektuře, kontejnerizaci (Docker, Kubernetes/OCP4) a automatizaci (CI/CD, testing).
  • Znáte bezpečnostní standardy – šifrování, certifikáty, OIDC, auditní logování apod.
  • Máte hands-on zkušenost s vývojem v Kotlinu a orientujete se v JVM ekosystému.
  • Umíte navrhovat škálovatelné systémy a pracovat s návrhovými vzory.
  • Pracujete agilně – Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Jste komunikativní, máte tah na branku a baví vás budovat nové věci.
