Abychom dokázali být skutečně AI First organizací, hledáme AI Officera, který nám pomůže propojit inovace s odpovědným řízením a zajistit bezpečné používání AI v souladu s regulacemi.

Co bude náplní vaší práce:
  • AI Governance & Compliance
    Budete spolupracovat na nastavování pravidel pro bezpečný a odpovědný rozvoj AI. Pomůžete týmům chápat regulatorní požadavky a převádět je do praktických postupů.
  • Spolupráce napříč Skupinou
    Budete aktivně spolupracovat s týmy v rámci celé Skupiny Erste, sdílet best practices, ladit bankovní postupy s Group standardy a přinášet know-how zpět do České spořitelny. Pomůžete zajistit konzistentní přístup k AI napříč zeměmi, koordinovat požadavky a podporovat společné governance procesy.
  • Analýza rizik a dopadů
    Budete posuzovat rizika spojená s AI řešeními a podílet se na doporučení, jak je řídit.
  • Evangelizace a rozvoj AI kompetencí
    Pomůžete šířit povědomí o tom, kdy a jak lze AI využívat bezpečně a efektivně. Budete vytvářet materiály, podílet se na workshopech a podporovat kulturu odpovědných inovací.
Co od vás očekáváme:
  • Praktickou zkušenost s aktivním nastavováním AI governance — od interpretace pravidel až po jejich zavádění.
  • Dobré porozumění moderním AI technologiím a schopnost posoudit jejich přínosy, limity, rizika a regulatorní dopady (včetně EU AI Actu).
  • Zkušenost s koordinací cross-funkčních týmů a schopnost najít společnou řeč mezi technickými, právními a byznysovými stakeholdery.
  • Kritické a strukturované myšlení — schopnost vysvětlit rizika, argumentovat a také říct "ne", když řešení není v souladu s principy odpovědné AI.
  • Silné komunikační dovednosti, umění převést komplexní témata do srozumitelných doporučení a podporovat AI First kulturu uvnitř organizace.
