Ve Vilgain děláme věci jinak. Od začátku stavíme vlastní systémy bez vendor lock-inu, inovujeme v supply chainu, e-commerce i marketingu a teď jdeme naplno do AI. Chceme, aby AI nebyla jen buzzword, ale reálný nástroj, který nám pomáhá každý den – od automatizací po chytré agenty.

Proto hledáme vývojáře/ku, který si rád/a hraje s automatizacemi, integracemi a AI nástroji. Nemusíš mít deset let praxe – stačí chuť učit se, něco málo odprogramováno v JS nebo Pythonu a touha posouvat hranice.

Co tě u nás čeká?

  • Vyvíjet a ladit automatizace v n8n – od workflow až po vlastní nody, webhooky a API integrace.

  • Propojovat AI nástroje – OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Whisper, ElevenLabs, Ollama, Weaviate… a nové, které objevíš.

  • Stavět servery a mikroslužby pro Model Context Protocol (MCP):

    • paměť a stav agentů,

    • plánování a exekuce úloh,

    • komunikace mezi rolemi (planner, executor, critic, memory).

  • Podílet se na návrhu celé agentní AI architektury ve Vilgainu.

Co bys měl/a umět?

  • n8n basics – HTTP Request, Webhook, integrace se Slackem, Google Sheets, ClickUp…

  • Trochu JavaScriptu nebo Pythonu.

  • Základy API (REST, OAuth2, JSON, Pub/Sub).

  • Nadšení z AI integrací a chuť hledat nové cesty.

Bonus points

  • Už jsi zkoušel/a MCP, LangGraph, AutoGen nebo Semantic Kernel.

  • Umíš zapojit BI nebo další firemní nástroje.
