V tuto chvíli hledáme do finančního týmu kolegu/ kolegyni na pozici Billing Specialist. Pro šikovného kandidáta umožňuje start s menším množstvím praktických znalostí, jelikož v našem teamu máme možnost se zaměřit na rozvoj a pomoci zkušenosti rozšířit. Hlavní je motivace a logické uvažování.

Budete mít na starosti:

  • Příprava a vystavování faktur a dobropisů pro několik partnerů naší společnosti.
  • Aktivní komunikace s partnery a klienty.
  • Kontrola správnosti a úplnosti klientských a fakturačních dokladů.
  • Udržování správných údajů o klientech.
  • Zpracování měsíčního přehledu faktur a vytváření měsíčních zpráv.
  • Zajištění souladu s požadavky klientů a partnerů podle interně nastavených procesů.
  • Spolupráce s ostatními členy týmu na několika finančních úkolech.
  • Administrativní podpora účetního oddělení a další související práce.
  • Odsouhlasování otevřených pohledávek a proaktivní řešení nezaplacených faktur, pravidelné upomínání klientů a telefonická a e-mailová komunikace s klienty.
  • Komunikace a spolupráce se sesterskými kancelářemi.

Očekáváme od Vás:

  • Minimálně středoškolské vzdělání, nejlépe ekonomického směru.
  • Praxe na obdobné pozici výhodou.
  • Alespoň základní znalost účetní a daňové legislativy, oblast DPH.
  • Dobrá znalost MS Office, zejména pokročilá znalost Excelu.
  • Zkušenosti se SW 3E či jiným zaměřeným na konzultační służby či służby obecně výhodou.
  • Plynulá znalost českého a/nebo slovenského jazyka.
  • Písemná a mluvená znalost anglického jazyka - úroveň (B2).
  • Výborné komunikační dovednosti.
  • Samostatnost, pečlivost, zodpovědnost a spolehlivost.
  • Proaktivní přístup, logické a analytické myšlení, orientace na detail
  • Dodržování interních i externích termínů, měsíční Fakturace, DPH apod.
  • Zájem o osobní rozvoj, ochota učit se.
