Are you a visionary retail leader ready to shape the future of fuel and convenience retail in the Czech Republic?
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Retail Director to lead, develop, and manage the entire retail business of MOL Group in the Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and innovate the retail product and service portfolio (fuel and non-fuel) to boost customer satisfaction and profitability.

  • Build and strengthen the MOL brand in the Czech market.

  • Own the P&L responsibility for the entire Czech retail network (250–350 service stations).

  • Drive strategic retail plans, network utilization, and asset development.

  • Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across the network.

  • Implement and localize MOL Group's retail standards while respecting market specifics.

  • Oversee compliance with local legislation and drive the SD&HSE (Sustainable Development & Health, Safety, Environment) strategy.

  • Explore and capitalize on new business opportunities and innovations.

Your Profile:

  • Education: University degree (technical or economic focus)

  • Experience: Min. 7 years in retail, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within an international environement

  • Skills:

    • Visionary leadership and strategic thinking

    • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills

    • Proven ability to motivate and develop teams

    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

  • Languages: Fluent in English (business level)
