We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated and personable individual who will be responsible for maintaining a consistent and timely delivery of Asset management & Configuration Management with best practices within Global Network Services. You will be working with internal stakeholders, customers and internal business units. In this role you will be the central point of contact for Asset Management & Configuration Management activities.

Interning as a Network Maintenance & Resource Coordinator you will:

• Responsible for the execution of Resource & Maintenance Management
• Responsible for coordinating with teams to obtain required information for updating Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Updating of Access Management tool according to request
• Distributions lists maintenance (onboarding & offboarding)
• Looking for process simplification and automation possibilities

What should you know / have:

• Must be detail-oriented and able to apply quality control practices to all tasks
• Able to establish good working relationships globally and collaborate with broad network team
• Knowledge of MS Office tools
• Team player spirit
• Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude
• Fluent in English
